Transport safety in Ecuador is often a major concern for visitors. Road accidents due to overworked drivers and loose safety restrictions are an all-too-frequent occurrence. Luckily, Ecuador Hop gives a high priority to safety on the road. We have a large team of drivers and assign 2 drivers to any trip longer than four hours. We also don’t have any tight deadlines to be met, owing to our unique hop on hop off style of travel. One benefit of this is that drivers don’t feel any pressure to break speed limits in order to arrive at the destination quicker. To ensure safety, we also maintain constant contact between our drivers/guides and the Ecuador Hop offices.

Our guides are passionate about their homeland and love to share that passion with others. They are also incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs that arise.
