We are currently unable to offer direct hostel/hotel pick-up and drop-off in Guayaquil. Bus arrivals and departures are at the Primax Terminal Terreste Gas Station located directly across the street from the Guayaquil Bus Terminal and International Airport. For any questions or concerns about getting to your hotel/hostel after arrival or about finding the meeting point for departure, don’t hesitate to speak with your Ecuador Hop guide.
If you’re early for a departure from our meeting point, just head inside the cafe and enjoy a coffee or snack while you wait for your Ecuador Hop guide. We will always check whether any passengers are inside the cafe, so don’t worry about missing your bus once you’re at the meeting point.
We recommend booking a registered taxi with help from your hotel/hostel reception desk rather than hailing one from the street. Taxis from the center of Guayaquil to our meeting point usually take about 20-30 minutes, but Guayaquil is a large city so the distance and price of your taxi will depend on where exactly your accommodation is located. Make sure to ask the reception desk at your hotel/hostel what you should expect to pay for your taxi.

DIRECTIONS (FOR TAXI):
You can ask your hostel/hotel reception desk for help with providing directions to your taxi driver. Otherwise, give the driver the following instructions: “La gasolinera Primax frente al terminal terrestre de Guayaquil.”
IMPORTANT
Don’t get lost! Our meeting point is located close to the main Guayaquil Bus Station but not inside the actual terminal. From the bus station, just cross the street and go to the Primax Terminal Terreste Gas Station.
